These terms apply when you use DermaRadar (the Service). They set out what the Service is and is not, who owns the posts shown here, and how we handle problems.
The Service collects publicly available posts and advertising from medical institutions and organises them by treatment and area. DermaRadar is not a medical provider. We do not provide, book, or broker consultations or treatments, and we do not recommend any particular clinic or procedure.
Treatment and area labels are assigned automatically from keywords and can be wrong; content and figures change with each collection. We do not verify whether advertised claims, prices, or promotions are accurate or still running. Confirm price, suitability, outcomes, and risks directly with a qualified medical provider.
Copyright in the photographs and text of each post belongs to whoever published it (the medical institution or other author). The Service quotes publicly available posts and links back to the original where possible. Do not copy and redistribute content shown here without permission.
The clinics and promotions shown come from a list the operator maintains together with approved listing requests; this is not a complete register of all medical institutions. Ordering is determined automatically from whether an image is available, whether a treatment could be identified, recency, and public engagement counts. We do not accept payment for inclusion or for ranking position. If any paid relationship arises, we will disclose it on the relevant screen.
If a post from your account appears here and you would rather it did not, or if you believe your copyright, likeness, or other rights have been infringed, let us know through the removal request form. We will review and act within 10 days of receiving the request and tell you the outcome using the contact details you provide. Where we act, we exclude the account from future collection and delete the stored data and images we hold. If we cannot grant a request we will explain why, and you may come back to us through the same channel.
We may change what we collect, what we display, and how we classify it without prior notice, and may suspend all or part of the Service where operationally or technically necessary.
You are responsible for decisions you make in reliance on information provided by the Service and for their consequences. Nothing here limits liability for damage caused by the operator's intent or gross negligence.
These terms and your use of the Service are governed by the law of the Republic of Korea.
If these terms change, the change and its effective date will be posted on this page.
